Rising Roots Therapy
Marriage & Family Therapy
We help individuals, couples, and families with a personalized approach that draws from CBT, ACT, EFT, and the Gottman Method.
Together, we focus on practical tools and deeper insight to create lasting change. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and build stronger connections.
Available online only for New York state residents.

Our Approach
We work with individuals, couples, and families who feel weighed down by anxiety, sadness, or deep relationship gridlock. My clients often share a desire for greater connection, internal peace, and emotional balance. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we explore the specific patterns and beliefs—both individual and systemic—that are interfering with your goals.
We will collaborate to build effective, powerful tools to improve communication, enhance coping strategies, and foster healthy growth.
